Proud to Be Carbon Neutral
Talk about making a positive impact on our planet! Petcurean is carbon neutral for our Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions. And we're not stopping there. Read on!

We’re Tackling Our Emissions with the Gusto of a Bulldog
We launched an all-out effort to achieve carbon neutrality in 2021, and since then we’ve been full speed to reduce our GHG emissions across our value chain as much as possible.
- First, we partnered with a 3rd party company to calculate and verify our Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions from 2020 - 2022
- We then used the data to establish our baseline and to determine our reduction goals
- Next, we partnered with a verified, trusted carbon offset partner to offset the Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions we couldn't reduce ourselves – every year from 2020 onwards
- Now we're laser-focused on reducing our Scope 1 & 2 emissions. Any emissions we can't reduce, we'll continue to offset through trusted partnerships.
Our Journey to Carbon Neutrality and Emissions Reduction

Carbon Neutrality Supports Our United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Priorities
Being carbon neutral and reducing our emissions supports our commitment to United Nations SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production and SDG 13: Climate Action.

We’re Surpassing Our Goals
In 2022, we set a goal to cut our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 20% by 2030. By 2023, we had already surpassed it – reducing emissions 40% six years early – and we’ve kept lowering them since. We also began measuring our material Scope 3 emissions in 2023 and continue tracking them each year.
